Privacy policy
Thank you for visiting our website. Below we explain how your personal data is handled here.
This is a courtesy translation. In the event of any discrepancy, the German version is the authoritative one.
1. Controller
The controller for data processing on this website within the meaning of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) is:
Taxi Neumeier e.K.
Owner: Gisela Roth

Phone: 0991 / 342950 · Mobile: 0171 / 3740592

Personal data means all data by which you can be personally identified. The controller is the natural or legal person who alone or jointly with others determines the purposes and means of processing personal data.
We are not obliged to appoint a data protection officer and have not appointed one. For any question concerning data protection please contact us directly using the details above.
2. Data collected when you visit our website
2.1 Server log files
If you use our website for information purposes only – that is, if you do not send us any information – we only collect the data that your browser transmits to the server for technical reasons (so-called server log files):
- the page of our website you visited
- date and time of access
- amount of data sent, in bytes
- the source or referrer from which you reached the page
- the browser used
- the operating system used
- the IP address used (in anonymised form where applicable)
Processing takes place pursuant to Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR on the basis of our legitimate interest in the stability and functionality of our website. This data is not passed on or used in any other way. We do, however, reserve the right to review the server log files retrospectively should there be concrete evidence of unlawful use.
2.2 Encryption
For security reasons and to protect the transmission of confidential content, this website uses SSL/TLS encryption. You can recognise an encrypted connection by the string “https://” and the padlock symbol in your browser bar.
2.3 Cookies and tracking
This website uses no cookies, no tracking, no analytics or advertising services, and embeds no third-party content (such as external fonts, map services or video players). All files are loaded exclusively from our own server. A cookie banner is therefore not required.
3. Hosting
Our website is hosted by Hostinger International Ltd., 61 Lordou Vironos str., 6023 Larnaca, Cyprus. The provider processes on our behalf the data arising when you visit our website, in particular the server log files listed under section 2.1. A data processing agreement pursuant to Article 28 GDPR is in place with the provider; it forms part of their terms of service.
The provider in turn engages sub-processors to deliver its services. Where personal data is thereby transferred to countries outside the European Union, this takes place on the basis of the European Commission's standard contractual clauses pursuant to Article 46(2)(c) GDPR. An up-to-date list of the sub-processors engaged is published by the provider at hostinger.com/legal/dpa.
The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, based on our legitimate interest in providing our website securely and reliably.
4. Contacting us
4.1 Telephone and email
If you call us or send us an email, we process the data you provide exclusively in order to deal with your request and for the associated technical administration. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in answering your request pursuant to Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR. Where your enquiry aims at concluding a contract, Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR is an additional legal basis.
4.2 Contact form
The form on our contact page transmits no data to our web server. Your entries are assembled into an email solely within your browser, which is then opened in your own email programme. Only when you send that email yourself does your data reach us – by the same route as any other email. The form entries are not stored on our website.
Your data is deleted once your enquiry has been dealt with conclusively, provided no statutory retention obligations apply.
5. External links
Our website contains references to external services: a map service for route planning on the contact page, our company profile on Google on the home page through which the reviews left there can be viewed, and our profiles on Facebook and Instagram (both Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd.) in the footer of every page.
Both are ordinary links. No content or scripts belonging to these providers are embedded in our pages, and no connection to them takes place before you click. Only when you actively follow one of these links do you leave our website and data is transmitted to the provider concerned – from that point on its operator, not we, is responsible for the data processing.
The average rating shown on our home page is text maintained by us and carries a date; it is not retrieved from Google automatically.
6. No automated decision-making
No automated decision-making, including profiling, within the meaning of Art. 22 GDPR takes place on this website. Your data is neither evaluated for advertising purposes nor passed on to third parties for such purposes.
7. Retention period
How long personal data is stored depends on the relevant legal basis, the purpose of processing and, where applicable, the relevant statutory retention period (for example under commercial and tax law).
Where processing is based on your explicit consent under Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR, the data concerned is stored until you withdraw your consent. Where statutory retention periods apply to data processed under Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR in the context of contractual obligations, that data is routinely deleted once those periods expire. Where processing is based on Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR, the data is stored until you exercise your right to object under Art. 21 GDPR, unless we can demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds for the processing which override your interests, rights and freedoms. Otherwise, stored personal data is deleted as soon as it is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected.
8. Your rights
Applicable data protection law grants you the following rights in relation to the processing of your personal data:
- right of access under Art. 15 GDPR
- right to rectification under Art. 16 GDPR
- right to erasure under Art. 17 GDPR
- right to restriction of processing under Art. 18 GDPR
- right to notification under Art. 19 GDPR
- right to data portability under Art. 20 GDPR
- right to withdraw consent given under Art. 7 (3) GDPR
- right to lodge a complaint under Art. 77 GDPR
An informal message to the contact details above is sufficient to exercise your rights. Withdrawal of consent takes effect for the future; the lawfulness of processing carried out up to the withdrawal remains unaffected.
Right to object
Where we process your personal data on the basis of our overriding legitimate interest following a balancing of interests, you have the right to object at any time to that processing, with effect for the future, on grounds relating to your particular situation. If you exercise your right to object, we will cease processing the data concerned. We reserve the right to continue processing where we can demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds which override your interests, rights and freedoms, or where the processing serves to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.
9. Complaint to a supervisory authority
You have the right to complain to a data protection supervisory authority about the processing of your personal data. The authority responsible for us is:
Bayerisches Landesamt für Datenschutzaufsicht (BayLDA)
Promenade 27, 91522 Ansbach, Germany
This privacy policy is current as of . We will adapt it whenever the website changes.
